Shipping Policy 
We proudly ship throughout the United States and to our fellow military families at APO/FPO addresses. All items are handmade with care. Please allow processing time before shipment, as each bow is hand-tied to order. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Shipping times may vary depending on location and carrier delays, especially for APO/FPO orders.

Refunds + Exchanges 
Due to the nature of our products, returns and exchanges are not accepted for hygienic reasons. However, your satisfaction is very important to us. If you experience any issues with your order, please reach out to us at bootsandbowsvip@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery, and we will be happy to help resolve the situation. 

Cancellations 
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, as long as production has not yet begun. Once an order is in progress or completed, it cannot be canceled.

All of our items are handmade, which means slight variations may occur. These small differences make each piece unique and are not considered defects.
